Important Notice

尊敬的龍柏花苑業主 / 住戶：

管理處現有兩個方面事宜，期盼得到全體業主/住戶的支持與配合：

1.        小區內養狗單元越來越多，然部分業主及家政在遛狗時沒有做好應盡的義務，草地上的糞便沒有及時處理，且主干道綠化隔離帶草坪叢中，因有狗狗長期在上面小便，而導致草坪上一攤一攤的綠草枯死，非常難看；管理處曾多次對草坪進行補種，但跟不上其枯死的速度。特此，管理處重申：不要讓寵物在草坪上小便，盡量讓寵物小便沿路邊的路面石頭上，以利沖洗。

2.        有多位小朋友經常在紫藤閣與櫻花閣的中央草坪上踢球玩耍，造成草坪被大量踩平，草坪坑坑洼洼，嚴重影響小區草坪的整體美觀。希望家長能給予勸阻！

小區的綠化，需靠每一位業戶的關心和愛護；管理處衷心期盼廣大業戶能攜手共同建造一個整潔、優美的小區綠化環境！

Important Notice

To : Proprietors/Tenants

Now the Management Office is looking forward to getting the supports & cooperations from all the owners / tenants for two issues:

1. More and more families of the Park have pets, especially dogs, however, some of them didn't pay more attention to our environment while walking the dogs .Due to dog’s droppings, the lawn has been withered. The Office had replanted for many times, but still couldn't cover it. So, we want to ask all your helps: Do not allow pets to urinate on the lawn but on the pavement stones along the roadside, which can be washed easily.

2.      A number of children often play football on the central lawn between Wisteria and Cherry Building, which make the lawn become more and more rough. It affected the overall appearance of the residential district heavily. Hope that parents could give children proper & timely directions!

The greening of the Park needs the concern and care from all of you; The Management Office sincerely hope that we can work together to build a clean, beautiful residential environment !
